Mike O’Hara
CEO and Founder

Mike is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mike´s professional career was in banking and finance. His career in the financial services industry spans twenty-seven years and included senior roles at two of the nation´s largest financial institutions.

Mike is an accomplished leader with a successful track record in developing long-term technology strategies and leading large technology initiatives. At NationsBank (Bank of America), Mike led the first online initiatives as the Information Management and Standard Executive. Additionally, his accomplishments include the design and implementation of the bank’s most successful expense reduction program. That program created vendor efficiencies and resulted in savings of $300mm over three years.

As the Director of eCommerce Strategy and Practices at Wachovia Bank (Wells Fargo), Mike had broad responsibilities for the bank’s online strategy and operations including the bank’s first mobile presence.

Mike majored in business management at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Studies with Honors from the American Military University. Mike is also a certified Design for Six Sigma Greenbelt.

Mike has received 11 corporate awards and one national award covering Service, Quality, Professional Excellence, Innovation and Leadership.

King has an important role in the company. He ensures that the team takes frequent breaks for an outing of fun and adventure, which usually involves throwing him a ball to chase.

He is also the company’s mascot. He likes to get out and meet new people and the dogs of other entrepreneurs. He can often be found giving a sales pitch to an eager group of his four-legged friends.
King’s favorite job seems to be working on the executive protection detail. He can usually be found in close proximity to the CEO. King is either at his feet or by his side at all times.
